Your first order is shipped standard priority within 1-3 business days. All future renewals are then billed on the 15th day of the month (in accordance to the monthly frequency you select) and shipped within 10 days. If you run out of soap quicker than expected, you can use the "order now" feature in your customer account!
Yes! You can modify your subscription in your customer account. Please make sure any edits are made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure changes are applied to your next shipment. Changes made after your order renews will not be applied until your following renewal. If you realize you need to update your address, skip, or adjust your subscription after it renews, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll help find a solution!
While we don't currently have a send back system for refilling or recycling, we encourage you to upcycle your bottle or recycle it either at a Credo Beauty location or with your standard weekly recycling. Check out our blog post for more information!
Due to the nature of our products and our business model, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. No scent makes sense because Soapply is meant for everyone! Many people have allergies or are sensitive to scents (including organic essential oils). Even if you’re not one of those people, a friend, coworker, or loved one most likely is. That’s why we don't add scents—so everyone that comes into your home can feel comfortable using the soap next to your sink.
We use the highest quality natural ingredients—and, unlike many other soaps on the market, do not dilute our product with water. If you haven’t lathered up lately, you might find that a small amount of soap has hardened at the mouth of the pump. Fear not! It should come out when you press down on the pump, but cover the opening with your hand to make sure the soap ends up where it should.
It's natural and normal for the plant-based oils to change form. If you notice settling, hardening, or cloudiness, give your soap a shake and set it in a warmer location. It will return to normal as the temperature increases. Settling or changing forms of the oil doesn't affect the soap's efficacy, so lather on without worry!
