Your first order is charged and shipped out immediately. Then, you are charged on the 15th of the month BEFORE your next delivery incase you would like to make any adjustments to your upcoming order. Products are then shipped out between the 5th and 15th of the month you are expecting your next delivery. If you run out of soap quicker than expected, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we can always ship out a box early, add a shipment, or answer any questions you have about current or past subscription!

No scent makes sense because Soapply is meant for everyone! Many people have allergies or are sensitive to scents (including organic essential oils). Even if you’re not one of those people, a friend, coworker, or loved one most likely is. That’s why Soapply doesn’t add scents, so everyone that comes into your home can feel comfortable using the soap next to your sink.
Soapply uses natural ingredients and does not dilute their product. If you haven’t lathered up lately, you might find that a small amount of soap has hardened at the mouth of the pump. Fear not! It should come out when you press down on the pump, but cover the opening with your hand to make sure the soap ends up where it should.
It's natural and normal for the plant-based oils to change form. If you notice settling, hardening, or cloudiness, give your soap a shake and set it in a warmer location. It will return to normal as the temperature increases. Settling or changing forms of the oil doesn't affect the soap's efficacy, so lather on without worry!
