How does my subscription cycle work?


Your first order is charged immediately upon purchase. All future renewals are charged on the 15th of the month before your next shipment. Please make sure any adjustments to your upcoming order are made in your account at least 24 hours before it renews. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days prior to your upcoming renewal. 


Your order will ship priority within 3-5 business days. Due to high volume and shipping delays outside of our control there may be a slight delay in your delivery.  All future renewals are shipped out between the 5th and 15th of the month after your last renewal charge. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email about 3 weeks after your renewal charge. If you run out of soap quicker than expected, please feel free to email us at and we can help find a solution!
